All Officer positions are up for election at the Annual Meeting:

DUES INCREASE PROPOSAL

At the May 2025 Annual Meeting, a proposal was introduced to increase the voluntary annual HOA membership dues from $40 per year to $50 per year. This proposal will now be voted on by registered HOA members.

Voluntary membership dues support:

• Neighborhood events and activities
• Electricity for entry signs
• General neighborhood maintenance
• Insurance

Please complete the form below to cast your vote for the dues and indicate if you would like to volunteer to serve on the board. Indicating interest does not hold you to a position. The board will meet with you to discuss details and assess fitment.
