Kids Halloween Parade 2024
Put on your costumes and decorate your bikes, scooters, or wagons for our Kids Halloween Parade! Each child will receive a map to visit participating homes who are handing out Halloween goodies!

Water Main Meeting with MO American Water
Steve Wiedemann - Senior Engineering Technician from Missouri American Water will be visiting the neighborhood to provide information and answer questions about the water main install, planned to start in September of this year.
2024 Annual HOA Meeting
Our annual neighborhood meeting will be held in Mockingbird Park on Wednesday, May 15th from 6pm-7pm. Pizza and refreshments will be provided.
Easter Egg Hunt 2024
Our annual Easter Egg Hunt in Mockingbird Park is on Saturday, March 30th @ 10am! Please bring your own basket for the eggs. The eggs will contain wrapped candy and a Golden Egg will contain a special prize!
Luminaries Lighting
The lighting of luminaries starts at 5:30 (or whenever it is dark enough). We’ll have a great runway in the neighborhood for Santa!
Luminaries Distribution
It’s that time of year again! We are looking for volunteers to help distribute luminaries in the neighborhood. Please sign up!
Santa Claus Is Coming To Town
The elves made too many toys in the workshop this year, so Santa is making an early Christmas visit to the neighborhood this year! Santa will be visiting 5 homes in the neighborhood.

2023 Annual HOA Meeting
Our annual neighborhood meeting will be held at Bluebird Park on Wednesday, May 17th from 6pm-8pm. A food truck will be available for dinner purchases.
Mockingbird Park Planning Meeting
Thank you to those that braved the very cold and windy day on March 18 to attend the first community meeting to discuss possible improvements for Mockingbird Park. We gathered some good information. Also thank you to those that have filled out the survey on-line. We have received a wide range of opinions and suggestions.
The next meeting to discuss improvements for Mockingbird Park will be on Saturday, April 15 at 10:00 a.m. at the park. Bring a chair with you if you’d like to sit. Planning Design Studios (PDS) will be at the meeting to share ideas for the park and to solicit your input. This information will be used to prepare a park master plan that can be used to apply for grant funding in the future.
